@TfL 2nd October, 301 from Bexleyheath arriving at Abbeywood Station at 7.52am refused to accept my daughter's expired 16+ oyster. Driver had no knowledge of the cyber attack. Had to pay full fare. Please continue to educate your bus drivers on this.

@TfL Will those with a 16+ zip card be charged a full adult fare on the tube or will they continue to be charged half price? Please can you confirm this. Thanks

@MrsKagan Hi there, thanks for your message. You'll still be able to travel free on buses with your 16+ Oyster card, by showing the driver your card. However, you'll need to pay for travel on the tube. 1/2

@TfL Are 16+ oyster zipcards going to be extended until the end of October too? No announcement on this. Surely you don't expect school children and students to pay full fare with only the 'possibility' of claiming back. This is not good enough.
