@dmvtravel80 @DoctorTurtleboy I totally agree. I don’t condone her pulling the gun, but if what she says is true, as a mother I could understand her mind state. I also think Noonan saw the gun and reacted. A horrible and sad situation all around that should have never happened

I have no doubt (after reading all of his accusations linked as sources in this crimetimelines.com/kelsey-fitzsim…) Justin hyped up the whole situation to the cops. This being said, her reaching for her gun is going to be a problem I think. Hope I’m wrong.

How did the Commonwealth prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Kelsey Fitzsimmons wasn't trying to kill herself? That's what they had to do to convict her.

I don't see how Judge Karp could possibly convict Kelsey Fitzsimmons. You have 2 people telling 2 completely different stories about what happened inside that room. They were both cops and both were well composed on the stand. How did the CW possibly prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Noonan is telling the truth and KF is lying?

@DoctorTurtleboy I hate Justin and the craziness around her losing her baby, but she went for a gun during a serving of tro. You have cops at your house etc prob shouldn’t reach for a gun. Anything that happens after is bc she did.

She was living life as normally as she could while her world was falling down around her. Justin decided to rip everything to the ground around her. Was he punishing her? Sure seems like it.

I would like to say that if #kelseyfitzsimmons really wanted to kill Justin, herself and the baby she could have easily gone home, got her gun, drove to Hunter’s and killed them all. She didn’t. She went home, fed her baby and called her mom

Regardless of how you feel about the #kelseyfitzsimmonstrial I don’t know how your heart can’t break for her as you are literally watching her relive it. She lost EVERYTHING in a matter of minutes.

I am watching #justinaylaian testimony again and I’m seeing how calculated he was. He called #kelseyfitzsimmons to say he would meet her, but never put it in texts so she couldn’t have proof.

@MrsKathyC I don't know where you live but that's not how RO's work in MA. He could have put the RO and used Kelsey's address, and she wouldn't have been able to return to her own home. He can go wherever he wants she has to stay away... Its fucked up but true.. Then they battle it in court

@BadMomBree And she could have been. She’s been struggling with PPD, lost her relationship, her job, her child and most likely her home all in one moment. That could push anyone to the edge

@jose_delete I think she absolutely needed help and I think everyone involved went about the whole situation in the wrong way. EVERYONE could have handled it much better and maybe none of this would have happened

Just remember the same people saying #KelseyFitzsimmons is innocent are the same ones who would have blamed the police if she had in fact offed herself. Instead of embracing she needed help and acted irrationally instead its a whole conspiracy yet again in Massachusetts.

@MrsKathyC great point..plus Kelsey can use Justin's testimony against him in family court..idk if she gets off fine..but I am worried about the custody case..I was under the impression Justin lied to get the ro 🤷♀️
