Primary 1-7 started Bikeability Level 1 this morning. We learnt how to carry out an M check on our bike, how to use our brakes safely. @LeadhillsS @mrsfrenchlps @MrMcCawLPS @MissSlater_

Primary 1-4 were working on their ball skills today. Focusing on underarm and overarm passes and aiming for a target. They all displayed great self-assessment skills too by adjusting their distance from the target. @mrsfrenchlps @LeadhillsS @MissSlater_ @ActiveSchoolsSL

P5-7 loved golf yesterday, working on their pace and successfulness in trying to putt a golf ball into a target area. @MrMcCawLPS @mrsfrenchlps @LeadhillsS @ActiveSchoolsSL

Today for fresh air Friday Primary 1-7 took responsibility for improving our school grounds. We worked together as teams to plant potatoes, de-weed and cut down the willow. #outdoorlearning @mrsfrenchlps @MrMcCawLPS @MissSlater_ @LeadhillsS

Proudest teacher in the world tonight. The pupils at @LeadhillsS absolutely smashed their end of year show! So proud of everyone, especially my P5s and P6s, and even more so my P7 leavers. They were all phenomenal. Thanks to the staff and audience for their support ❤️

This week we have had some fantastic transition sessions. Our sessions have focussed on the book ‘Lost and Found’ by Oliver Jeffers. We had a go at making beebots get to the South Pole, creating a LOST poster for the penguin and making floating boats! @mrsfrenchlps @LeadhillsS
