Last term I taught 2 other teachers about the beauty of windows+shift+S 😂 if you use snipping tool, press those buttons simultaneously then paste where you want the snipped thing to go! Snipped more than one thing? Windows+V to go to clipboard! Saves a lot of time!

Yesterday morning these 2 finally arrived! Had exactly the delivery I wanted (which was a pleasant surprise after Bertie’s birth)! All 3 of us doing well and hoping to head home ASAP to start our life as a family of 5! 💙🩷💙🩷💙

@fiona_616 Congratulations! It’s ROUGH isn’t it!? 😂 my previous baby was born early July so I missed the proper heat that year but these aren’t due until October so I’ve got a while (and all the summer months) to go! 😂😭

@MrsLauraLewis I feel your pain! I’m only hosting one baby currently, but on medication that increases my body temp as a side effect! Not fun.

What could be worse than teaching in this heatwave? Being 5 months pregnant with twins and teaching in this heatwave! 😂🥲

Teaching must be one of the only careers where you step out to take a consultant phone call outlining risk of death then immediately return back to it like nothing happened with a smile on your face 😂

Another year, another talk to the University of Portsmouth students about my career 👩🏼‍🏫no cheesy photo this time!

As a mum who has wasted endless amounts of coffee due to the cup holder on the pram bouncing around, I am absolutely buzzing with the redesign of #Starbucks lids!! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Managed to get 1 days worth of planning done before my laptop completely died… good job it’s PPA on Wednesday so I can have enforced rest for the last 2 days before we come back 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Had Bertie’s parents evening tonight and was told that when he’s given free choice of the toys, he sits and chooses to ‘read’ pretty much every time 🥹 so proud of my baby ❤️

We went to a pumpkin patch OVER AN HOUR away from school and still heard a little ‘Hi Mrs Lewis’ 😂 Bertie had a great time and got sooo many compliments on his outfit!

@Netballcoachnow Agreed but it’s frustrating having to spend so much time tidying it now I’m PE lead 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

This year I am facing so many new challenges at work but it’s quite… dare I say it… fun! I’m having to work in a totally different way than ever before to build relationships and I am shattered beyond belief (also thanks Bertie for that) but I’m really enjoying my job atm!🥳✨

Yesterday I was very lucky to spend the day at Canva HQ with other Portsmouth educators learning how to best use the multitude of education enhancing tools available. It was a brilliant day and I’ve come away very excited to show my colleagues all about it! @GwilliamMiss @canva

When I was younger I always thought I would be a girl mum but I couldn’t see myself with girls these days 😂 my whole life is planes, cars, bikes, farts and giggles and I LOVE IT! I can see myself being overrun by boys in the future!🤦🏼‍♀️💙
