She also makes it sound like she’s interviewed every human on the planet and asked them if they saw her. How the heck would she know if anyone saw her? Just because most people don’t listen to her diabolical show to know she’s looking for witnesses, let alone wanting to report these sightings to her, doesn’t mean “nobody saw Erika.” She always speaks in absolutes like this to manipulate her listeners

“Nobody saw Erika on the day of Charlie’s assassination in the very public places that she claims to be. She says that she collapsed in a parking lot—curiously no witnesses.” Is she kidding right now? How many people would’ve actually seen Erika—whether they recognized her at the time or in retrospect or at all—collapse in a parking lot? How busy was this parking lot supposed to be on a weekday during work hours? Was it Christmas Eve at a major shopping center? 😂 This is so retarded. See what I mean when I say EVERYTHING is suspicious to this woman???

You are going to need serious therapy after the trial. This case has been solid from the beginning. Keep telling yourselves it’s not. You’ll just end up disappointed and crashing out later. 50% if cases the bullet can’t be confirmed to match a specific gun and people are convicted nonetheless all the damn time.

@AuntLinda__ @NJBeisner Oh yeah .. Charlie died of a heart disease. The bogus case has fallen apart . Hocus pocus magical bullet 30-06 - that Charlie’s neck bone 🍖 stopped, that story is not working. FBI/TPUSA needs to go back to their drawing board & manufacture another evidence if they plan to win

Today on her show, Candace claimed that an intact bullet was found inside Charlie but that they had to change their story after they discovered Candace had the footage from behind showing no exit wound. She says that a source close to the Robinson family tells her that the gun in question needs “special bullets,” so the feds had the ATF fabricate an inconclusive test result. Question: why wouldn’t the feds fabricate a result that says it’s a definitive match? Make the case truly open and shut? If we’re going with the theory this was a big intricate international government plot and that this report is fabricated, why wouldn’t they only go half ass?

It’s main character syndrome. She desperately wishes she was important enough to be called to testify 😂 She still doesn’t realize that the defense thinks she’s 🦇 💩 crazy and even said as much in one of the hearings about the conspiracies and the loons who keep calling them with their theories.

Idk why she keeps mentioning "she'll testify"... She has no first hand knowledge of ANYTHING in regards to this case. Everything she has shared is from other people, akin to gossip, or "hearsay." She offers nothing of relevance, nor any information that could be presented by her in a court of law.

This is rich to say about someone who literally spends 24/7 trashing other people and trying to dig up dirt on their great great grandparents and the first spouse of her parents. But yes it’s everyone else who thinks her behavior is vile and disgusting who are the problem here. Candace is just a sweet, innocent person who never says a bad word about anyone…oh wait, sorry that’s Erika Kirk. The one who won’t engage no matter how much Candace tries to rage bait her into responding. Candace looks like a psychopath to most normal thinking people

Why do these people need explained context in simple conversations. Like they try so hard to twist things when it’s literally plain as day layed out simply right in front of them. It’s crazy the amount of time they spend on hating you. I’m a fan of yours and the time these people have to have you living rent free in their heads tweeting paragraphs and 100’s of tweets about you all day and night has to be some sort of mental derangement. Being a fan even, I don’t make every tweet and build my life around you. I do that with God but I do support you through here time to time, heart and repost what resonates. It’s not healthy or normal for these people, or any person to be this obsessed with a person out of pure hate because of jealousy, spite, or idk getting paid? Lol it’s got to be a sickness. Bib props to you for handling it better than I could. You’re a strong woman, keep doing the next right thing and bringing the light to shine on the truth. Sending you and your family prayers. You are loved little lady!

This is getting exhausting explaining this over and over. He never disassembled it after he took the shot. He is seen running across the roof with something wrapped in a black towel. He sells it on the ground before he drops himself from the roof, picks it up, and runs off. Fully intact. The video shows there wouldn’t have been fine for him to do anything other than grab and go after the shot. The only person who ever said this was the governor of Utah, who is not law enforcement and clearly got mixed up in his statement. Law enforcement has always said that he left the screwdriver behind and the gun was still fully assembled when he ran and fled. It’s been explained many times by credible people who are not the governor trying to speak on something he has no authority on.

Zac, I listened to your entire decade with Paramount Tactical and I can see you truly believe your theories, so I expected you to be real about this report. The ATF did not rule out Tyler’s rifle, nor did they suggest it wasn’t used. They simply could not conclude definitively that it was due to the condition of the bullet fragment. This happens in 50% of cases like this. It’s not unusual at all and it certainly does not mean that the bullet recovered was not fired from that rifle. I can see how you’d be happy that there wasn’t a definitive match for reasonable doubt purposes, but it’s not like they will be able to prove the bullet did NOT come from his rifle or that it came from somewhere else entirely, either. As far as the FBI, it sounds to me like it doesn’t matter what they do, you automatically think they are doing something shady. Who then, should be conducting the additional tests? Who is most equipped to do so that you would trust the results? No matter who it is, it will be a government agency. So are they all untrustworthy where no amount of evidenxe will comvince you it’s legit? You’re creating a situation where nobody can prove the case because you will refute all of it as fake. Should we let everyone out of prison and dismiss all of the pending cases because the authorities can’t be trusted?

You just made yourself sound totally stupid. The bullet fragment was inconclusive because it was so damaged from fragmentation. This literally happened in 50% of shootings like this. You can’t match that fragment to ANY gun. It doesn’t mean it wasn’t Tyler’s rifle either. It just means the striation testing could not come to a conclusion one way or the other because of the condition. So no, you can’t confine a matching gun and move on 🙄🙄

🚨 CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSINATION CASE JUST EXPLODED — “KILL SHOT” BULLET DOES NOT MATCH TYLER ROBINSON’S RIFLE Everyone said something felt off. They were right. A new court filing claims the ATF couldn’t tie the fatal bullet to the rifle linked to Tyler Robinson. Read that again. • The bullet that killed Charlie Kirk… not matched to Tyler Robinson's rifle • The weapon they said was used… now in question • DNA on the evidence? Multiple contributors This was supposed to be airtight. Now it’s collapsing in real time. So if Tyler Robinson’s rifle didn’t fire the shot… then who, or what, actually did?

@jacoposimonetta @HustleBitch_ They don’t NOT match either. You understand what inconclusive means right? It doesn’t mean it matches and it doesn’t mean it doesn’t match. Happens in 50% of cases like this. Not uncommon and to be expected from a bullet fragment.

Ugh this is getting exhausting. It’s 2 screws to assemble and he did not disassemble or unload/reload after the shot. It was still fully assembled wrapped in a black towel when he jumped off the roof. He then left it with the unused rounds in the wooded area. They also found more rounds in his apartment that had been engraved like the ones found with the rifle.

So, they admit that he left the screwdriver that he used to take the rifle down with, at the scene of the shooting. After the shot, he would have had to empty the rifles, built in magazine, all the live rounds and one spent casing. Then put the rifle back together, and loaded with the unspent cartridges and then re-chamber the empty husk of the cartridge whose bullet killed Charlie and 150 yards...? ,

It did not state the bullet did not match. It states it was too degraded to conclusively say it was a match. This literally happens in 50% of cases. It does NOT rule out Tyler as the shooter or his rifle as the gun. They just can’t 100% say it was based on striations. You’re making it sound like they ruled it out as the weapon which is insane. They have other testing methods they want to do that the defense is trying to block. It’s not like DNA where it’s either a match or it’s not. Inconclusive is we can’t definitely say one way or the other based on this test method.

WOAH 😮 Is Candace Owens really in an arranged marriage ⁉️ FUN FACT ✅ Me and Owen Benjamin use to follow each other. He was the first person to alert me to the fact that Candace’s marriage is very odd. We talked about how he believes her kids aren’t really hers. He would even post videos about it like the one below. AND THEN SUDDENLY !!! One day something changed… It was like a light switch was flipped and out of nowhere Owen started randomly singing Candace’s praises. Then started spreading fake news to smear Erika Kirk. I was wondering what was going on… And then he started promoting a new book. And started making the podcast rounds with people like the Hodge Twins. At that point it became kind of obvious what he was doing and today he blocked me for pointing it out. But even though Owen has now decided to behave like a gigantic pussy… Let us never forget the hilarious glaring truths he shared with the world before selling out.

Yeah those 600,000 pieces of evidence they shared with the defense must not be “anything.” There’s so much there that the defense is asking for 6 extra months. The only thing this ATF report did was to say that they can’t conclusively say it was from that rifle. What it doesn’t say is that they can conclusively prove it was not from that rifle, either. This happens in 50% of cases and is not unusual. There will be more testing and more evidence to present on it. This was just a striation test and you can’t match striations with a fragment. They wouldn’t be able to match it to any other gun either. I do not understand how you all say they have no evidence. Just what’s in the charging document alone is plenty, and that’s literally 1% of what will be presented at trial.

@RissaUSA1 @JustTheTweets17 There’s a gun that hasn’t been fired (dogs didn’t alert) that doesn’t match the wound we see (and don’t see) on Charlie. His family told indie-reporters that they didn’t believe the official story. They don’t have anything.

This isn’t new info. Candace herself said the bullet fragmented. We’ve known this for months. Nobody expected the ATF to be able to match it conclusively to the rifle with it being a fragment. Maybe you all did, but we didn’t. This happens in 50% of shootings with a high powered rifle. What it does not do is it does not rule out Tyler’s gun either. It is inconclusive. All that means is they can’t be definitive. There are more tests the state is going to do that the defense is trying to block. Maybe this is new information for you but those of us that understand ballistics better have always known this was likely to be the case and does not prove it was not his rifle any more than it proves that it was.

What inconvenient fact are we debunking? That the bullet fragment makes perfect sense with the rest of the evidence/theory in that it fragmented and therefore did not exit? That there are molecular tests to be done on the bullet fragment to tie it to the rifle that the defense is trying to prevent the state from conducting? That there is a high probability a bullet from a high powered rifle will fragment and be unable to match from striations? That many cases where they can’t prove the bullet matched hinge on the rest of the evidence presented? That this does not mean it conclusively did NOT come from his rifle? Or that it came from any other rifle? You can see and hear what you want to but these are the actual facts.

@onlygoodvibes23 @BryceMLipscomb @RealCandaceO "Didn't prove anything" - that's the point. Criminal court cases are not mysterious. It's not guilty until proven innocent. The burden of proof is on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond all reasonable doubt. And "inconclusive ballistics" is, err, very reasonable doubt.

How about you let the prosecution present all of that in court? They will provide metadata, GPS of his movements and whereabouts, his parents’ testimony about what he told them, his roommates testimony about the texts and note, the DNA, the thousands of hours of video, the palm print and shoe print on the roof matching his, etc. You are speculating about what evidence they DON’T have solely based on what they’ve made public. 600,000 pieces of evidence sent to the defense to examine. If they don’t have enough evidence to convict then they won’t. But you’re making a lot of assumptions and stating as fact that they don’t have certain things that you don’t actually know. The charging document was presented a week or less after his arrest. It had minimal information, enough for probable cause to arrest and charge. Since then they’ve collected mountains of evidence and data that will be presented. This isn’t going to be a 3 day trial. I wish people would just wait for both sides to present their cases like we do in any other murder trial. The conspiracies are making podcasters wealthy and they need content to continue the views. They will drag this out as long as they can but eventually we will all hear all of the evidence and make an informed decision.

@_intermezzono1 So surveillance to prove he’s there, as well as on the roof, as well as casings that are extremely specific to his weird meme subculture, as well as a confession before and after the crime, with a clear motive from a degen who had character traits to match it. It’s far likelier.

Why don’t you tell us then which of the dozens of possible 30.06 rounds were used in this shooting according to authorities? Oh that’s right. You don’t know. None of us do. Yet there are documented cases of this same situation happening and they’re sourced in forensic textbooks. But your hunting experience makes you the forensic expert, I guess.

@KarlWuckert It wasn't a bullet, just a jacket fragment. If they had an actual bullet the it could probably be identified and matched to the brand of rounds found with the rifle, as well as the rifle itself. Exactly like they did with MLK. For the uninformed, this is a jacket fragment:
