So I bought all they had at the local @Target Was thinking of giving each student 3 tiles and they make up the order they want to go in. Each exercise done for 30 seconds of music. Then, students can visit others in the class to try. #physed

@HPEatHome2020 @foes4sports You have to know your audience for sure when figuring out how to word dance. With some groups, I need to use the word movement and others I can say dance.

@foes4sports Call it movement not dance. Have a choice movement song where they can move how they want. A song where they have to move like a robot. A song where they have to move like you.

I have a question for everyone. What’s one tip for helping out the “dance-challenged” kiddos in your classes. How do you help them get over their fears of movement in front of others? #iahperdchat

@Cait_Schaeffer @foes4sports I love the video, but wish they chose a more appropriate song. This would be a great way to show that "movement" aka dance is personal and you can make it your own. I believe if we did more work on building identity within our students they would feel more confident.
