@pleasenomoreban Initial thoughts- I think it is less about the metaverse/social media and more about individual accountability and boundaries.I try not to pathologize certain things.The metaverse may just be an extension of society, and so we may see similar mental health challenges in it.

@bravedog_g This is a big topic! Firstly, personality is so complex it stems from our childhood patterns. With regards to negative self talk- remember that resistance thoughts that are negative have no power over you!
