@JamesThrot ✈️travel/concerts/shopping expeditions/bars/indoor dining/movies/parties/home visitors other than immed family, all a thing of the past. Serious planning goes into any wedding invitation & a black mask at the one funeral attended thus far. Different, but rich life staying well☺️

Irked by the assumption that the only acceptable response to an ongoing pandemic is to continue the same hyper-consumerist lifestyle as before, merely with a mask added on top Many people cannot conceive of a meaningful life that isn’t centred around spending money & consumption

Of all epithelium cell, renal epithelium requires the longest time to regenerate at 500-787 days (aka 2-3 years). Technically transient, but, Re-Infection resets the clock. So realistically, permanent liver dysfunction. #LongCOVID is #AirborneAIDS so #WearN95

New paper showing that Cov's ORF3a protein can travel lung-to-liver via exosomes and disrupt liver lipid metabolism in mild COVID models. Not good news for those that enjoy having a functional liver. nature.com/articles/s4142…

Did some airplane travel this week- the number of people back to wearing masks over hantavirus and Ebola is truly shocking. I feel sad for the people who live their lives in fear over over-hyped, extremely rare diseases. People, so fearful that they can't go out in public or travel without masks... I pity them, I worry for their mental health, I even worry for our country that has so many guillible people - but these poor fools are not my enemy.

This genre of tweet is just tedious now. Always the same script: Fearful / Living in fear ✅ Mental health ✅ Let me break it down. I haven't been sick since 2019. I like not being sick. Wearing FFP2 dramatically reduces my chance of getting sick. Therefore I mask. The end.

@Ryan_Daigler .... this is why I decided not to invite my older sister to my own daughter's wedding. I finally accepted that somehow she would find a way to spoil it for me/us. I decided, no more. Sadly, I had to not invite remaining siblings as well. Was torn there but had to call it...

Ryan Daigler - Exposing Narcissistic Abuse 🚩🚩
Have you ever noticed how narcissists always seem to ruin birthdays, holidays, and vacations—the moments that are supposed to be the happiest? Narcissists can’t stand joy that isn’t about them, which is why they almost always sabotage happy moments. Cont.

A whistleblower revealed concerns about the lab leak conclusion being suppressed. The scientist feared too many were making excuses for China's involvement, creating a pervasive undercurrent of concern. #LabLeak #Whistleblower

The last few days have been somewhat remarkable in terms of accountability on COVID origins, the cover up, and the broader issue of dangerous pathogen research. - David Morens was indicted for concealing key documents and conspiring with EHA. - Ralph Baric was served a Notice of

Robert, COVID 19 was a "human tragedy." @RogerSeheult I had friends die of it who thought it was a nothingburger. It started in Wuhan China. The conspiracy theories were not helpful and doctors did their best in most cases. I was all for masking and taking infection control procedures. "China sent us this virus.." Covid-19 was one of the biggest scams in history. A power grab fueled by fear, manipulated data, and gain-of-function lies. Fauci was the evil architect at the center of it all. We will never forget the crimes against humanity! MAHA

Ryan Daigler - Exposing Narcissistic Abuse 🚩🚩
A common manipulation tactic most of us have probably seen: Narcissistic Tone Policing → Stonewalling When you confront a narcissist about something they did wrong, they accuse you of being “too emotional,” “angry”, or “raising your voice” — even when you’re calm and reasonable. This is tone policing — a manipulation tactic used to derail the conversation and shift blame. It’s not about your tone. It’s about avoiding the accountability. Common phrases include:
• “Calm down.”
• “You’re overreacting.”
• “We’re not talking until you fix your attitude.” The narcissist wants you to feel ashamed for being angry, as if your anger — not their behavior — is the problem. And if you refuse to accept that framing, they escalate to stonewalling: they shut down, walk away, or give you the silent treatment to punish you for not falling in line.
You’re allowed to be angry. Anger is a valid response to mistreatment.
The narcissist’s demand — deny your anger or be stonewalled — is not reasonable. It’s abuse.

@michael_hoerger Wearing the KN95 3DPro in Khaki a bit atm. Ordered for a wedding and subtle, so have continued. So far, so good( adjustable ear loop). If on crowded buses etc straight back to the N95 Black Trident, but for some situations I find them appealing.

As Richard Glover said this morning, what he did was more like jazz. Doing things on air that nobody in their right mind would attempt, but somehow it worked. Those of us who admired him professionally imitate him whether we mean to or not, but nobody will ever do it like James.

James Valentine helped us laugh in the face of life and all its ups and downs. A kind interviewer, helping a mere interviewee like me, drawing out the facts and the humanity in a story. His humanity helped us get by, and get along. The best of our ABC. abc.net.au/news/2026-04-2…
