Day 15 with no Roger’s service for an elderly lady. 2 and 1/2 hours and counting on the phone with Roger’s and that is just today. Rogers has no way of prioritizing open tickets in their phone system. #rogersucks @annedrewa @GNewsTrending

Rogers this is not ok. You have left a vulnerable elderly lady whose husband is ill without cable, intermittent internet, and now no home line for TWO weeks and counting. This is completely unacceptable. How can you treat elders and loyal customers so poorly? @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps I will send you a DM but if you tell me “oh I see there’s a ticket open and we are working on it” then it’s not helpful. I’ve heard this everyday for two weeks. Now we are told it may be another week. How can this happen? We want an exact explanation of why this is happening.

@Rogers How long should an elderly lady, who is reliant on tv, wait to get her ignite tv working? Over a week and still nothing. Not even a courtesy follow up by customer service. If you are not ready to install completely, then don’t do it. 46+ years with Roger’s unappreciated.

@RogersHelps We have called every day for a week and still no service. The problem is on your end and it is not being looked at yet.

Had the chance to attend the NCAA Nationals in New Mexico this weekend! It was wonderful to see my daughter compete and take in the indoor championships! So proud of Izzy’s effort! We enjoyed some great weather and scenery in Albuquerque! Happy March break!
