The heartbreak that I went through yesterday as a 5th grade teacher was one I hope to never experience again. I know my kids will do so great in middle school but it doesn’t make this any easier. I woke up to this email today; my kids have no idea how much they’re missed! ❤️

Today Austin helped me say hi to each of my students! He got to practice pronouncing words and the kids got a special greeting!

Today I texted with one student, spoke on the phone with another, emailed with two more and connected with the rest on Google Classroom. Extra grateful for teachnology today!
