I had a colleague check on me today. She said: “You ok? I don’t feel like your energy level is the same.” I told her I was just feeling a little overwhelmed at the moment. We all feel overwhelmed from time to time, and we all need to be checked on. We can all be that colleague.

Teachers to alleviate some stress, just remember, students probably wont remember what was taught specifically during this pandemic, but they will remember how you cared for them and checked on them. Much like how we all fondly remember certain teachers!
