Happy #MayThe4th! We did a Star Wars themed Basketball Word Builders. Make a shot = earn 2 scrabble tiles - miss the shot = 1 tile. Ss were working cooperatively to spell as many words as possible. Good times! #elementarype #physed #iahperd

@MsBarclayPE @ElemPE1 One of my Ss was having a rough time in class this week. He somehow got curious about what was under the bleachers so I gave him a stick and sent him on a search and rescue mission. He had a successful mission and was all smiles by the end of class.

My Ss love adding creative build elements within our skill activities so @Big_Creek_PE Tower of Power was a must on my list. Added tons of striking & volley possibilities. Repetition, synergy, and so much fun! #physed

Had an incredible Family PE Week @DSMChristian school last week! Over 350 family members making movement a priority. Was able to use fun activities learned from @MsBarclayPE and @pe4everykid to run classes of 45+ people in the gym at a time. #FamilieslovePE @OPENPhysEd @letsmove

@PEforlife @maxwelleleven @CoachM_Monroe This is a great activity, Joe. I play where the distance of their tennis ball throwing basket moves back with each new level, depending on the grade & skill level.

@maxwelleleven @CoachM_Monroe @MsBarclayPE Level 1: entire class tried to knock all pins down as fast as possible (timed) OH throws only. Level 2: same as level one but choice of OH/UH Level 3: Two teams try to knock down all their pins on their half of gym first
