Wonderful morning at the WCS Career Fair! I loved talking with so many wonderful schools (and even made a cameo on their Twitter)!

Words cannot describe how much I’ve learned from @MsSelfExEd and all of the teachers & students during my student internship at @FultondaleElem! I will miss teaching my students in the reading resource room greatly but will always cherish my Fultondale memories! #BetterTogether

A little (or big) takeaway I had from my clinical this week. This feels like one of those moments I’ll remember for a long time to come.

Questions to ask when designing assessments: 🍎 What skill/standard am I measuring? 🍎 Do my students trust me enough to express their learning of the skill? 🍎 What barriers to expressing their learning do my students face? 🍎 What actions will I take based on the outcome?

So thankful I get the opportunity to learn from such wonderful people! Thank you, Mrs. Self and all of FES, for allowing @MsReeseTeaches and I to be a part of your wonderful community!

Yes! Such a great start to this Monday. I am learning so much from my wonderful PLC members! Great job, Anna, showing connections to ourselves, the text, and the world!

So thankful to have been given the opportunity to participate in a professional-development book talk with my PLC and our professor, @pattiwood! I can’t wait to apply these strategies for making thinking visible in my future classroom! So much professional growth from this!

Thankful that I was able to lead one discussion on our professional-development book, “Making Thinking Visible”, as well. I was able to dive into the many routines that help teachers encourage students ideas in the classroom! I’m blown away by the abundance of ways to do this!!
