What's the best moment where a character REALIZES something?

When we put a cell phone ban in place everyone said it would be LITERALLY impossible to enforce. I now walk the halls and cafeteria and see zero phones anywhere. I’m done listening to the “experts” when it comes to what’s possible in schools, especially when it comes to behavior.

Public school, as a whole, isn't failing our kids. Society is failing to remember what public school was designed for. We've been expecting more and more from public schools that have well exceeded the funding provided. Understand this Prius was never meant to be a Ferrari.

“I see you, I know you, I’m connecting with you and you’re important to me.” Greetings at the door allow you to take a pulse check on your students—and deepen relationships with them.

Best teacher in the world

Our @KnightdaleHS JROTC students help out every year the @lakemyra field day and I love it! This is my daughters last year at the lake and she has made so many great memories there.
