Nobody is confusing structures. Yes, referees fall under SAFA that has been said countless times. The point being made is about public reaction. When controversies happen in the PSL, people don’t stop to explain SAFA structures or referee committees. Y’all go straight for Khoza

@MsCay_Cee You can't compare Apples and Pears then speak of consistency, Referees belong to SAFA why not correct people when they have a go at the incorrect person? You'd rather reach on a seperate issue and cry when we correct you, make peace with it now - the league is gone.
