@MsQuigley_Tech Depends. Conferences are receiving a million brilliant ideas. When I’ve had the pleasure of working for good principals who just let me do, it’s awesome. Working for micromanagers is the opposite—nothing worse than wanting to do new things and being continually shut down.

Genuine question: do those teachers/educators that participate in summer conferences all summer long feel refreshed and renewed going into the new school year? Do you find your burning out earlier in the year then you would have if you didn’t attend?
