Primary school children are being taught that men can have periods.
This is obviously concerning to hear because I’ve not had a period yet (I’m about 22 years late) and so am worried that I could be pregnant.
As Health Secretary, do you have any advice?

This leaflet was handed out to a class of 11 year olds in Wales today. It tells them that there are “men who have periods”. Our schools continue to be infiltrated by dangerous ideologues. @Keir_Starmer - When are you going to end this madness once and for all?

@JamesEsses @wesstreeting James I’m generally a fan - but isn’t the problem that this is a badly written leaflet? Doesn’t it mean that transgender boys and transgender men may have periods? Which is clearly true? Whether it’s necessary for this to be taught in schools is a different issue.

@CalumRoss23 I think that figure seems low - in terms of ‘enquiries’. When push comes to shove a great many of those 150 will do anything to keep their kids at their current independent school.
