@PeterNdegwa_ Yes we live in a digital world but a lot of your customers will still go in to a store to engage with the brand physically so that experience at the shop still matters, even if a customer only spends 5 shillings with you.

Here’s an idea for your CX / stores team @PeterNdegwa_ . Send in some secret shoppers to random stores across the country and review the end to end journey for your customers . This can’t be the same service being given to the elderly, sick , parents with children.

@Safaricom_Care feeling very much like #SafaricomDontCare after visiting their Prestige Plaza branch waiting over an hr only to be told by the attendant that my sim needs to be off for atleast 30 mins for me to get an eSIM . Not even sure if this is true!

@PeterNdegwa_ You could even review the footage from some of your stores in fast forward to see what the journey looks like from the time a customer walks in to when they leave. It will shed a lot of light on areas of improvement.

@Thuranski @Safaricom_Care Lol Ticketing screen? prestige Plaza one doesn’t even have one! Just vibes , slow service very laissez-faire attitude from the staff and an average wait time of not less than 1 hour…. Did I mention only 2 attendants present and only one actively working?! #SafaricomDontCare

@Safaricom_Care Your Eastleigh BBS Mall customer service shop needs serious attention. Very slow service, ticketing screens not working, inadequate number of counters to cope with the huge workload.. it's just a total mess there

Waited for an hr to be told to go and come back later because my sim needs to be off for at least 30 minutes for me to get an eSim. Perhaps information that could be shared with customers as they get in the store? Zero customer focus!

@CiiruB @Safaricom_Care I promise you Prestige Plaza is WORSE! Just a pent over an hr in line to be informed when I arrive at the attendant that my SIM card needs to be deactivated for at least 30 minutes for me to get an eSIM . I wonder if this is even true! Absolute worst experience ever!
