Food Truck Fest! Student teams designed, built, and ran their very own food truck businesses. We studied logos, menus, and ideas of supply and demand. To culminate, we ran our very own festival with consumers and entrepreneurs! Play-based and Project-based for the win! 🚙🌯💵
