2 years ago @sakari_milan zoomed into my #ElonEd class with @Mkwinter2. Ever since I’ve imagined reading The Sea Surfers to my own class! Yesterday that vision came true because this is the perfect book to read for Indigenous Peoples’ Day!

Meet Sweet Pea! Today our class voted on a name for our class pup after reading The Name Jar. We learned the importance of knowing each other’s names and how to pronounce them. Then everyone helped to tally and graph the votes! (Also check out the other amazing name suggestions)
