@MCGA9191 @MaritStiles True. However, I started work at 15 and saved. I paid for tuition, books, fees, transportation, food. My parents could not afford to help me. My university choices were confined to Toronto because of this.

Doug Ford just ended the tuition freeze and cut OSAP grants.
More debt. Less support. During a cost-of-living crisis.
You deserve to graduate without a mountain of debt and find a good job - that's the bare minimum.
The Ontario NDP will fight to reverse this.

@justsomeguy4673 @MaritStiles This was always a class divider. I couldn't afford to go to a school not in Toronto. I work in a school that is in a very poor area. I agree that the cutting back of OSAP is a horrible thing.

@MsMexisLumsden @MaritStiles Also, as an educator, you should understand that many people don’t have the luxury of being able to live at home while they’re in school. This will be a class divider. Creating a bubble between the poor and the rich. With these changes poor people will not be able to go to school
