I’m using this incredible book as one of my mentor texts for my UOI : HWOO: communications connects people and communities. My boys are going to make their own version of this book. They’ll do the illustrations but also choose a color and use their other 4 senses to describe it.

I’ve been so exhausted with our workload. The problem is that leadership think it’s not “too much” to give us paperwork that is completely unnecessary but it eats into our planning and collaborative time. Sigh.

It’s all about the coffee.

By the end of this week I’ll have worked 12 days non stop. How is this okay? I’m exhausted and I feel like being this tired I’m not giving the best to my students. How is this fair to them? #exhaustedteacher #whatismylife #internationalteacher

A 4-day school week for students is perfect for ALL involved. TEACHERS can use the 5th day to catch up with their insane workload! STUDENTS can catch up & participate in ANY off-campus, extra curriculars they’re interested in without the wildness of a minute-to-minute schedule.
