Q3: I have made youtube videos of notes for students to complete at their own pace. This allowed me to answer a lot more student questions, increased engagement, and to target students who were struggling. I'm currently adding videos to help with NTI assignments. #EDA602HR

@DrGregGoins Q3 - our Math curriculum has online portions. So when there is an online part to the lesson I incorporate it in the lesson. Study Island is also used weekly. #EDA602HR

@DrGregGoins A2 - culture and morale was low with previous superintendent. teachers did not feel valued so one thing the current superintendent makes sure teachers feel valued and are in the loop. He is very transparent. You would see students and teachers having fun learning. #EDA602HR
