@MsV_WV @mike_n8wc What a ride. The @Constellium USWA local union hall is named after my late father in law Paul Rusen.

My dad, an Army veteran, steelworker, and my hero, just clocked in for his final midnight shift before retiring on March 31. After a lifetime of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication, he’ll now spend his days finding the best fishing holes, and I can’t wait to join him ❤️🎣

@MsV_WV That is awesome. Thanks so much for sharing. I watched my dad as I grew up my entire life work at Kaiser aluminum and I remember the day he retired and I think it was the happiest day of his life.

2025 had many highlights, but celebrating one of my best friends at her beautiful wedding in Georgia last week stands out the most 🤍 Grateful for moments like these. Can’t wait to see what’s next in 2026…

Lisa and I finished up the @WVtourism Waterfall Trail last week. It was a blessing to see all 43 amazing spots, but, most importantly, we spent time together. We encourage you to get out there and see our beautiful state. No better way to get your steps in!

@WVUCARMAN Coopers Rock is beautiful! I once walked Ravens Rock Trail in flip flops, which I would *not* recommend. The view at the end was stunning despite my poor footwear choice…

Just wrapped up my last hike and waterfall side-quest of the year! Grateful for the paths I’ve walked, the seasons I’ve watched change, and the place I’m lucky to call home. Always wild. Always wonderful. Almost Heaven, West Virginia.

@MsV_WV I was there just a few years ago. It's surprising to realize that I only visited New River Gorge after moving away from West Virginia, despite growing up there.
