My daughter, a resident doctor with a worsening condition which has not responded to self-care and an initial telephone consultation with a GP and prescription, has just been told she can't see a GP - it has to be a "physician associate who can do everything a doctor can."

@LarcombePeter Receptionist when she phoned up (after initially being allocated a PA through the online system). Utterly, utterly misleadig.

@PeterSee8 Yes, but triaging normally happens before you are allocated to a member of staff. And there is enough in this case to suggest it needs a qualified GP/prescriber.

@Shrink_at_Large It’s a pretty dangerous thing to be sending people unsolicited, considering they have no idea of the recipients health and wellbeing. As much as they are absolutely toothless, I’d give ASA a shout and perhaps MHRA’s clinical investigations team.

@Shrink_at_Large Definitely not, wtf! That could seriously trigger certain people. We don't advertise prescription drugs like this in the uk. I genuinely am not against these drugs at all, but they should be a persons/their drs own choice.

@Shrink_at_Large I wonder if Boots knows about the multi-million dollar lawsuits that is happening in the USA about the adverse side effects of Mounjaro such as stomach paralysis, thyroid C cell tumours, pancreatitis, kidney injury risks, intestinal blockage and blood clots and vision changes?

@Shrink_at_Large I made a formal complaint to the advertising standards organisation as saw an ad for another brand of weight loss injections being advertised specifically for anyone over a BMI of 22! It’s so dangerous

Boots just sent me an email saying now might be a good time to start Mounjaro. They shouldn’t be sending that out unsolicited.

@SouthernRailUK They literally could have put up a sign to say that general staff have radar keys. By the way, @southeastrailuk provides WiFi on its trains that actually works. Southern claims to provide WiFi, but it never works. #JustSaying

I have spoken to Redhill and they have said the toilets were closed briefly earlier but staff were around to assist customer accessing the accessible toilet if required . We are not always able to put signs up for everything however staff at the station are always on hand. ^HG

Hi, @SouthernRailUK To whom do I complain about the toilets at Redhill? Women’s toilets on Platform 2 closed. Sign redirecting passengers to Platform 0. Ladies there also closed. (Gents open.) Closed toilet that needed Radar key and toilet with no door.
