📰 : Toto Wolff has confessed he actually fired both Hamilton and Rosberg after their 2016 Barcelona crash — going as far as calling Mercedes CEO Dieter Zetsche to sign off on it. “I fired them. I called my CEO and said, ‘you need to sign something,’” Wolff revealed. He ultimately backed down as he couldn’t decide who was to blame, with their personal rivalry having turned from healthy competition into outright animosity. #F1

If the right writer picks this up we’re in for a treat. I even feel it might dominate other batman depictions and become the most relevant version
♨️michael♨️@psychee03

@Mshagy_ probably not that much different than what we already do have. However, changing batman's race would bring interesting dynamics to his relationships: the batfamily, gcpd, villains, the waynes & his public perception, etc. So many concepts to play with.

@SocialTerritory @RayyLH44 We’re 3 races in, Hamilton’s being beaten by his team mate (again) the Mercs are dominant, Norris is back where he belongs, but the one thing we know, once Red bull sort the car problems, Max will be back beating your boys and then the crying will begin…

@Crackerphoenix @bill64burner @JayJay33737432 In the real world? 100% In Superman’s world, the argument is that Superman would find a way to hold those fascists responsible ( just an argument cuz I don’t really have a problem with Superman killing ZOD in MOS)

If they didn't care too much about Max's brake check in Saudi Arabia or his driving in Brazil in '21, and facilitated a championship robbery when he was thoroughly out classed at the end of '21, they sure as hell aren't going to say a thing about the journalist.

🚨| David Coulthard questions FIA silence after Max Verstappen journalist incident in Japan: — David Coulthard expressed surprise that the FIA did not reprimand Max Verstappen after he ordered a British journalist out of a media session at the Japanese Grand Prix. Coulthard remarked on the Up To Speed podcast: “Well, I see it this way, it's probably not something that on reflection Max will feel good about because even though he's absolutely right, you don't have to answer the question, it is unusual to ask somebody to leave from that environment.” “And I'm actually a little bit surprised the FIA didn't take a stance on it. I didn't see anything that there was any sort of reprimand because basically if he was to say the word s**t in there, he'd get fined.” — Reflecting on his own experiences with media criticism, Coulthard shared: “I can only liken it to when I was racing, and I never won the world championships that Max has, of course, but I was definitely open to some criticism from various journalists.” “And it's very difficult not to take it personally. So I'm sure you don't look at the comments on some of the social feeds because there'll be some who love you and there'll be some that just don't like you, and that's the way it is.” — Coulthard emphasized the inevitability of criticism in a driver's career: “So I certainly did get some criticism, and there was always an underlying, let's say, if they were questioning my qualifying ability, it was a fair question, but of course it wasn't easy to be asked the same question time and time again.” “I remember one journalist writing that 'David has an amazing ability to talk about the incident as if he wasn't driving the car at the time'. And it really shocked me because clearly he thought I was just making excuses all the time.” — Coulthard concluded with a reflection on moving past criticism: “But I didn't see it that way. But maybe I was being overdefensive, and I spoke to that journalist, and we made peace and moved on. But it is tough to take that public criticism.” #maxverstappen 🇳🇱 #redbullracing 🇦🇹 VIA: [motorsport]

@reset_by_peer Not a single person that’s a fan of this movie or worked on this movie share this opinion so I have no idea where this conclusion comes from? Why are people ok with conclusions that don’t align with the intent of the story makers?
