It’s inspiring to see how people have been impacted by this young lady. It is extremely sad that she has departed this life. I can’t imagine her family’s pain in the moment but I pray their healing is powerful over time. RIP shield maiden Shalleika Hazell.

My daughter who is 14 recently turned off her location sharing with us. She said it’s about privacy and she isn’t doing anything wrong. My husband said he will not pay her phone bills unless she turns it back on. I’m caught in the middle and could see it from both sides. Whose side are you on?

JUST IN: Four shark attacks reported at South Padre Island in Texas during Fourth of July celebrations.
Game Warden Capt. Chris Dowdy says all the attacks happened within two hours of each other.
One woman had a chunk bitten out her her leg as Good Samaritans were seen dragging her to safety.
Two men and two females were reportedly attacked. One of the men was sent to the hospital. His current condition is unknown.
