@ManaCurves Dark horse pick Ishai partnered with Kraum. I feel like finding way to encourage your opponent to cast a lot of spells that then draw you cards and turn Ishai into 20/20 flyer sounds fun.

@CubeApril I'm inclined to say Warhammer Fantasy battles Or maybe chainmail the game was used to build the first edition of dnd.

@SaffronOlive It has been a long time since I played modern how long is a typical game in the format now. I feel like in a fast format you should probably be removing most one mana cards when they land or sooner if you can.
English

@TheManaSource @SaffronOlive It's definitely more extreme but you could probably argue the same thing about foils. It's actually one reason I'm much more willing to let my children play digital card games

@SaffronOlive Pondered this twice...
The first time was when Zendikar Treasures were released in the first run of OG Zendikar boxes.
The second was immediately after that when Jace, TMS made Worldwake packs cost more than retail while it was still in print.
This is the loot crate conundrum.

@SaffronOlive What if You ran flip Walker Liliana. I think there's play there I'm just not sure how or what it is I don't know nearly enough about the modern format nowadays.

@kalaelizabeth if we consider the end of me3 that last 6ish house (from the point of no return forward) its fantastic. wraps of 220 hours of choices into a clear ending and ends in a philosophical note about the nature of toxic cycles. if you look at the last 20 minutes it's ehh.
English

@SaffronOlive I think if it said any time a forest entered the battlefield. And if you could fetch any other land than forests.

We made our own cards for this week's Command Clash podcast. Too busted? mtggoldfish.com/articles/comma…

@NorikSigma @MikeRiverso @machineiv But again it comes down to the argument if you got what you wanted from a boycott Why wouldn't you go back. You got what mattered to you and by going back You can boycott again in the future. Refusal to engage in the market means you no longer have influence over the market.
English

@NorikSigma @MikeRiverso @machineiv It definitely affects some players. I just think that most players from a statistical standpoint probably don't play with 3rd party books. They are not trying to regulate All home brew. ttrpg Twitter's use of 3d party books is probably different them most casual players.
English

@alyssavisscher boycot worked. Hasbro can't afford to piss dnd off we make most of their profit.
