Pragmatism also means questioning power when performance doesn’t match projection. Blind criticism is unhealthy, but blind idolisation of political optics isn’t pragmatism either. Democracy works best when people hold every side accountable not when they normalize the same issues being discussed endlessly without visible outcomes.
