@LankyObserver I said this after the last election. The Socialist Party was the only party that chose candidates based on merit and not money. Most if not all candidates at every level were resident in the communities they aspired for. They also had a very good grasp of their manifesto.

@Mutale_Sitali Has democracy ever worked? This country made more progress under a dictatorship until the west stifled our progressive economy under sanctions and convinced us that democracy was better. They lowered the copper price too.

@AndyfordMBanda Investment in public service transport infrastructure is the only solution. Rail and dedicated bus lanes for example. The economy has to keep moving while we figure this out.

Fuel prices finally breaks the K30 barrier and the Zambian Kwacha is in free fall. This is not propaganda but the reality happening now. The economy is falling.
