KoBold Metals has discovered huge copper deposits in Zambia in the same way that Dr David Livingstone discovered the mighty Mosi-O-Tuuu…umm…I mean discovered the mighty Victoria Falls. The more things change. The more they remain the same.

Now I am not saying Jesus has delayed his return because of…well…you know…ichi leya. I am just saying this will help the heavens hear our cry. Amen.

🕯 For Pentecostal churches to invest a portion of the windfall revenue generated every Sunday in hiring voice coaches or music teachers for their choirs and bands.

@LankyObserver I said this after the last election. The Socialist Party was the only party that chose candidates based on merit and not money. Most if not all candidates at every level were resident in the communities they aspired for. They also had a very good grasp of their manifesto.

Fred M'membe will be the next President of the Republic of Zambia. It's only a matter of time now. Nobody in the opposition understands how to make a political party function and communicate with the masses like he does. Bookmark this tweet and come back to it in a few years.

These relationships can be facultative for one party or facultative for both. These often unspoken actions contribute to the gradual erosion of our social fabric, as we each navigate what is necessary for our survival. A lift might be a small price to pay for the larger picture.

Some individuals will provide "lifts" to offset their fuel costs, while others will opt for these "lifts" due to their affordability or negotiability. Neighbors and associates may engage in carpooling.

@Mutale_Sitali Has democracy ever worked? This country made more progress under a dictatorship until the west stifled our progressive economy under sanctions and convinced us that democracy was better. They lowered the copper price too.

@AndyfordMBanda Investment in public service transport infrastructure is the only solution. Rail and dedicated bus lanes for example. The economy has to keep moving while we figure this out.

Fuel prices finally breaks the K30 barrier and the Zambian Kwacha is in free fall. This is not propaganda but the reality happening now. The economy is falling. How long should people wait for things to change? Will debt restructuring suddenly turns back to normal? Things are not okay. Let's not lie.

A developed country is not a place where the poor have cars. It's where the rich use public transportation. ― Gustavo Petro. The government needs to radically transform the public transport service sector with investment in transport infrastructure. #FuelPrice #Zambia

SO RAIL LINE ATI SHANI? I hope the Private Partnership Agreement does not restrain the Government from upgrading the rail line that runs between Livingstone and Chingola especially because it needs to be extended to Kasumbalesa as well #Zambia #PPP
