@LetlapaMphahlel Maurice Nyagumbo did not commit suicide. Am very categorical on that. He was Novichoked because he was on the verge of implicating all his accomplices in the Zimbabwean cabinet at the time.

@jazzysalvador2 @controlla__zw He could return the money and later would be sued for one year. So good choice
English

@controlla__zw The only catch is there are no options. The money will still be recovered. There is no way he would have withdrawn 1.1 million from the bank. He gets to lose the money & serve in jail for not returning it voluntarily

@GinaPressley24 @ExSanFran2010 @BarackObama @MichelleObama @grok Hi saw your response late. We definitely celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus. That's passover Pasika not easter.

@Sixpenc11588612 @drjaytee87 True that goat nhoko can be medicinal. I am reliably informed that goats nkoko can deter snakes hence my friend's father use it around chicken runn and around his immediate yard.
My brother friend, MHSRIP, used to feed goats with m*nje leaves and smoked the nkoko. Hard stuff.
English

@drjaytee87 Quite possible Doc. Goats eat a lot of herbs with medicinal properties, and hence if you consume the right amount, with the right combination of herbs, you may be lucky.
However, given the many unknowns, and the reliance on chance, I get your apprehension.

@ExSanFran2010 @BarackObama @MichelleObama @grok But easter isn't abt Jesus Christ. It's abt Shammuramat or Ishter (Easter) mom to Termus, the wife&mom of Nimrod. The celebration is dedicated to this family. No need 2 attach Jesus Christ to it. Altho Jesus was incidentally crucified during this celebration

@BarackObama @MichelleObama @grok has Barak Obama or Big Mike ever mentioned our Lord Jesus Christ in any of their posts over the last 20 years?

@KudaMuku @MgciniKhayaa Veduwee, God is real & does protect. He holds us back when we're falling into danger or r in danger. However when we get stubborn & resist his warning signs/go against his will/walk out of His glory, He let's us be. Ipapo saturn takes adv and destroys.
English

@MgciniKhayaa Accidents happen, we live in a world with real risks and imperfect people. I don’t believe God causes or orchestrates them but I do believe God can be present with us especially when we’re facing things we can’t control Kana usati wambobuda pekuti unoti uyu ndiMwari auzvinzwisise

@SajeniMapuranga Professor J. N. Moyo lectures and analyse politics but had failed to participate well politically. He has no place judging our liberation cares and heroes.
English

That debate must happen. But it must happen honestly, and it must happen with respect for the men and women who made this country's independence possible.
What Moyo has done is not constitutional analysis. It is a political attack dressed in academic clothing, designed to neutralise veterans who dare to raise their voices on a matter of national importance by branding them as ignorant and illiterate. It will not work. We have faced worse than Jonathan Moyo's pen. Air Marshal Henry Muchena served this nation with distinction for decades. He commanded the Zimbabwe Air Force. He earned his rank and his right to speak. Jonathan Moyo served himself in the academy, in the cabinet, in ZANU-PF, out of ZANU-PF, in exile, on Twitter always with extraordinary skill and always, ultimately, for Jonathan Moyo.
Let him write his papers. Let him cite his cases. But let him never again use the word "coward" in the direction of men who went to war while he was still in school.
Zimbabwe's liberation was not won in a lecture theatre. Jonathan Moyo would do well to remember that.

JONATHAN MOYO SHOULD SIT DOWN A PROFESSOR WHO NEVER HELD A GUN HAS NO BUSINESS LECTURING FREEDOM FIGHTERS ABOUT THE LIBERATION STRUGGLE
I have read with contempt the document authored by Jonathan Nathaniel Moyo attacking Air Marshal (Retired) Henry Muchena and his co-signatories my fellow combatants and liberation war veterans as "embarrassingly ignorant, illiterate, uninformed" and "cowardly."
I want to address Jonathan Moyo directly, man to man, and with the full weight of my record.
Jonathan Moyo did not fight in the liberation struggle. He did not carry a weapon in the bush. He did not bury comrades. He did not survive Zipra or Zanla training camps. He did not go to sleep hungry in Mozambique or Zambia wondering whether the next dawn would bring a Rhodesian airstrike. He arrived on Zimbabwe's political scene as an academic, a propagandist and, ultimately, a fugitive who fled this country in disgrace after stealing from a public fund meant for the education of Zimbabwe's children.
For this man this professor of political survival and personal reinvention to call Henry Muchena, a decorated Air Marshal of the Zimbabwe Air Force, "cowardly" and "illiterate" is not merely offensive. It is obscene. On the Liberation Struggle: Moyo Knows What He Read. We Know What We Lived.
Jonathan Moyo is a clever man. He reads widely. He writes fluently. He can cite the World Bank, the Berlin Wall, Fletcher v. Peck, Article 326 of the Indian Constitution and the 15th Amendment of the United States. We do not dispute that he is educated.
But there is a difference a vast, unbridgeable difference between reading about a struggle and having fought in it.
When Moyo lectures us about what "one man, one vote" meant during the liberation war, he is quoting from books. When Rtd Air Marshal Muchena, myself and our comrades speak about it, we are speaking from lived memory from the rallies, the camps, the political commissar sessions, the sacrifices, and the funerals. We were there. Moyo was not.The liberation struggle's rallying cry of "one man, one vote" was not a constitutional law seminar. It was a moral and political declaration to the people of Zimbabwe black Zimbabweans who had been denied any meaningful say in who governed them that their voice would count, directly and fully, in choosing their leaders. That is what we told the masses. That is what motivated men and women to take up arms, to leave their families, to die. Moyo can dress it in whatever comparative constitutional framework he wishes.
He cannot rewrite what the people heard, believed and bled for.
On Muchena and His Co-Signatories
Moyo sneers at those who signed alongside Rtd Air Marshal Muchena as "incognito" and "cowardly." I know who some of those men are. They are not cowards. They are veterans who have earned the right to speak on these matters ten times over and who, unlike Moyo @ProfJNMoyo have not spent a portion of their lives explaining to a court why they misappropriated $6 million from the Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund (ZIMDEF).
Their choice to remain unnamed is a matter of personal discretion, not cowardice. Moyo who himself fled Zimbabwe in the dead of night in November 2017 and sought asylum in Kenya is the last person on this earth qualified to lecture anyone about courage.
I do not intend to engage exhaustively with Moyo's constitutional arguments. Others are doing so. What I will say is this:
The question of how Zimbabwe's President should be elected is a legitimate national debate. Reasonable people including veterans hold different views on CAB3.

English

@SajeniMapuranga Professors in one field should not see themselves as qualifying to lecture people who have practised or are still practising in another field. The lecture theater theories and analysis completely differ from practical participation in real life situations.
