An update on the Jasper wildfire situation as of July 24, 2024, 10 p.m. MT

From Jasper Park Lodge:

JPL officials confirm the fire has reached their grounds. They say parts of the lodge remain untouched, but do not know the extent of the damage. Fuck.

UPDATE: Fairmont confirms the @FairmontJPL has been affected. "We can confirm that the fire has reached the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge grounds, however, we are unclear on the extent of damage. At this time, we know that parts of the resort remain untouched." #yeg #Jasper #abfire
