So no law is broken. Its a benefit for Jews only. You payments are structured as "profit share". The benefit is, if you have losses, you pay nothing.

These are very standardized contracts that are structured to not impact profitability to the company or cost to the consumer.

The point is that Jews that are conservative, reform, or otherwise less religious don’t use this. If it saved them money, why not use it? The only answer is, it doesn’t.

Jews are nearly 100% integrated; your premise is false, imo. Almost all live normal lives nearly indistinguishable from other Americans. The only exceptions are Hasidic Jews.
