A Roblox dev sold his game for $350,000 cash and a 40% cut of all future money. Then he hid it from his parents. Then he tried to BURN IT DOWN after it hit 1 MILLION players So the buyers sued him in Minnesota federal court. The dev sold Forsaken, a top Roblox horror game that later hit 1 million concurrent players, to two buyers in June 2025. He kept one Roblox payout account called the "Spectre Account" and the lawsuit says he "specifically structured everything so his parents wouldn't find out he had sold the game" even though he was 18.
