I am puzzled by the traffic challan at Hyderpora Chowk on 16/09/23 around 10:45am ,as I believ I acted in accordance with traffic regulations by crossing the signal when it was green and Regrettably, the signal turned red after I had already crossed.@Traffic_hqrs @SrinagarPolice
