♦️Breaking News♦️ The legal representatives of the EFF and its leader, Julius Sello Malema, have lodged a formal complaint against prosecutor Adv Joel Sesar with the National Director of Public Prosecutions over misconduct in the East London firearm case. Adv Sesar violated Section 34 of the Criminal Procedure Act by unlawfully authorising the return of a firearm before a court order was issued, acting ultra vires and exceeding his authority as an officer of the court. He breached the National Prosecuting Authority Act and the NPA Code of Conduct, raising concerns of prosecutorial overreach, misrepresentation to the court, and interference with the proper administration of justice.

I was coming from Chivi and decided to call Gari a friend who stayed in Masvingo and tell him I was in town... I cld hear music in the background as he shouted back "Chari, huya ndiri paRoy. Tirikuenda paZaka pane rinotonhorera wangu!!!!" That was around 6pm. I made my way to Roy and hitch hiked to Jerera. When I got there it was now 9pm. I tried calling and realized there was no network. I asked around about the bars with the coldest beer, could not find the guys. Then someone asked "Did he say Zaka or Jerera?". "He said Zaka", I responded. "Ahh Zaka, kumhiri uko. padhuze zvapo" I tried hitchhiking again to no avail. So I walked, it was about 3 or so kilometers. There was a bar there but no sign of the guys. The bar had about 6 old madalas. I was tired but not too tired to guzzle. I bought a cold one, then a crate of scuds for the old madalas. We had a party, I eventually was offered overnight accommodation by one of the madalas who was a caretaker... Morning, I was on my way to Harare via Gutu. I call my guy and ask him what had happened the previous night, "Ahhh tiri kwaGutu, takazoenda kwaGutu isu not Zaka! Huya tiri paParadise Motel!" I arrived in Harare 3 days later.... RIP Gari.
