@md_kasif_uddin I am really going at the heart of it before AI, developers worked 8 hours After AI they still work 8 hours just prompting instead of writing code line by line but the hours and pay are still the same the company gets things fast but what do developers actually gain

@Amank1412 I have a serious query: before AI, developers worked 8 hours After AI they still work 8 hours just prompting instead of writing code line by line but the hours and pay are still the same the company gets things fast but what do developers actually gain

Two things are happening right now. 1. People are doom scrolling 4-5 hours a day. Brains are turning into mush. People cannot sit with a hard problem for 10 minutes. 2. People are using Al for everything. They cannot write a simple email without ChatGPT. They can't do basic math. They can't think independently.

Today we're excited to announce NO_FLICKER mode for Claude Code in the terminal It uses an experimental new renderer that we're excited about. The renderer is early and has tradeoffs, but already we've found that most internal users prefer it over the old renderer. It also supports mouse events (yes, in a terminal). Try it: CLAUDE_CODE_NO_FLICKER=1 claude
Curt Tigges@CurtTigges

@bcherny @UltraLinx please at least fix the uncontrollable scrolling/flickering before the next 3000 features

This is what I mean, when I say that FlowDeck allows your agent to see and interact with the iOS simulator. One shot. Claude builds a pixel-perfect app and tests all functionality by tapping, scrolling and typing. Build, run, validate, iterate. Zero human intervention.

Spend 1 hour with Opus 4.6 (high) in Claude Code. My god it was so dumb today, even the most basic stuff. Back and forth, even had to share function names in the prompts. Opened Codex, done in 1 prompt. How can Opus quality varies so much? It’s unreliable.

In the next version of Claude Code.. We're introducing two new Skills: /simplify and /batch. I have been using both daily, and am excited to share them with everyone. Combined, these kills automate much of the work it used to take to (1) shepherd a pull request to production and (2) perform straightforward, parallelizable code migrations.
