I have just been forced to pay a cash bail . The police officers, after guidance from the NTSA officials have charged me with failing to maintain the body paint of the car. No one could tell me which section of the traffic act they were relying on. Was this the intention??

@MuigaiRobert Tafuta lawyer. Ni upuzi kama bado rangi inaonekana. They stopped my bro somewhere & I asked him to ask those guys whether they could tell the paint color of the vehicle & how it’s related to vehicle safety & maintenance. They let him go. Sometimes we should. It accept nonsense.
