JUST IN: Brentwood Police say 'Reacher' star Alan Ritchson acted in self-defense, say no charges will be filed.
The development comes as new footage appears to show Ritchson's neighbor blocking the road while he was on his motorcycle.
"After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued," said the Brentwood Police Department.
"Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense."
"Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges."
The case has been closed.

$ACXP decided to keep ripping and flipped long after it flipped $4 however I got faked out...
$MGNX shorted the bounce it 3.3s using 3.43 prior close as my stop loss but it seems to of faked me out too
The key lesson is to use wider stops to account for slippage plus fakeout moves

$ANTX & $EDSA have indecisive price action right now but oil stocks are starting to come down.. Took a dip on $TURB as it was approaching the $4 whole dollar support so I thought this would be a sound place to enter for a quick dip buy ideally shorting the bounce for more downside
It broke straight through $4 and is now approaching $3 which is why you always cut losses quickly
Potentially another dip buy coming up if we get as low as $3

$ANTX pulled a near 7x in 4 trading days, looked to be some blow off top action yesterday, so watching for the short if it can stay below $5.25 today $EDSA a bit choppier today but if it can't hold 7 I'll be looking to short TP $6.40-$6

Took punts on $TPET and $EONR this morning for the breakout.. same thesis oil plays following $BATL
$TPET had 8:1+ R.R & $EONR had 6:1+ R.R but as $BATL roled over a cut quickly for a small loss

$TPET top watch for today it could break over this weeks range into 3.5-4 which could make for a great short next week or roll over from here so watching the opening 30 minute price action Emulating $BATL movement so eyes on it
