this ai agent is INSANE for creating & selling digital products... i built an agent that builds you digital products, helps you pick a niche, then gives you a full personalized blueprint to sell it. feed it a niche, the problem you're solving, and your desired outcome, one minute later you've got a ready-to-sell product and an ai assistant that helps you sell it. > it helps you find untapped niches in the digital product space > scans your niche for real problems, desires, and buyer personas > calculates whether the demand is actually worth launching into > once validated, it generates the full product in any format, pdf, notion template, ebook > gives you the exact path to sell it, even if you've never sold anything before. the output is a ready-to-sell product. go to your ai assistant, ask it how to sell, follow the blueprint. rt + reply "agent" and i'll send it to you so you can use it for your business (must be following so i can dm)

I put this up yesterday and it got a little attention, so I decided to give away the whole setup. You can grab it on my site. This setup is done entirely with Claude Code and Obsidian. Jarvis and I have built many visualizers together but nothing quite like this. He figured out how to run it on a single HTML file in chrome and the drawing engine is the browser's built-in Canvas 2D API driven by vanilla JavaScript. No libraries, no downloads, no frameworks. One self-contained file, works offline. - It responds insanely fast (and this is after much trial and error). - I can interrupt it. - It has different animations for every part of the sequence. - It will do a freaking flyover. And the crazy thing is this isn't even the coolest part. Jarvis controls all my ad accounts, writes my sales emails, builds my landing pages, generates my images, monitors my entire tech stack and calls me on the phone if there's a problem. Every day I work with him he gets smarter and better. I still really can't believe the intelligence and the capabilities he has developed. Anyway, the prompt to get Claude Code to build one for you is on my site. Copy my design if you want but I'd encourage you be creative and come up with your own idea. The prompt is designed to build you whatever you want. The only limit is your imagination.

There are now 2,300+ newsletters in the AI space!!! So why does this one still get a 70% open rate? 1 simple reason... Most AI newsletters are just news curation lists. They're all just regurgitating the same "BREAKING NEWS!" And every launch is now THE WORLDS BEST MODEL. Build Notes is different. We decided there are enough "news" newsletters, so we built a newsletter that focuses on AI ROI. Full build guides. Real builds that are really making money right now in real businesses. Not "use cases" I mean actual step-by-step builds of agents already being used. Plus, we often share the costs and results. For example, tonight's (we send Monday night and Thursday night) issue is all about using adversarial AI in your agents to ensure accuracy. One of my real life businesses is a theology blog, and you CAN NOT make mistakes on theology blogs. So I built-in adversarial AI processes to make sure all my dates, facts, names, locations etc are correct. I also use this to check my sales letters and social posts to ensure they have BANGER level hooks and CTAs. If you want to get tonights issue and all the other issues, comment "send it" and my assistant will DM you the details. Thursday's full build is a competition monitoring agent. See all your competitors price changes, new offers, split tests, etc. Comment "send it" right now and my assistant will DM you the link to get in before you miss these two issues. Plus you'll get access to back issues as well. ✌️❤️

I'm copying a local AI event model that makes my friend $11K a month. It costs him $4,000 a year to run. He's directly attributed $80,000 in revenue to it over 7 months. I'm adapting his exact playbook for Charlotte, and I had Claude generate the entire launch plan from one prompt. Venue, format, marketing, follow-up, all of it. Here's the entire model: 1. Write the prompt like a job description. I told Claude "you are my operator for this quarterly rock" and demanded finished deliverables, not advice. One recommendation per decision, no hedging. 2. Feed it your business context first. Claude knows I sell AI assessments, knowledge base builds, and managed agents. So every event decision ladders back to driving leads for those services. 3. Find the gap in your market. Charlotte has a big monthly AI meetup for developers. There's nothing for non-technical business owners, and there are way more of them than devs. 4. Copy a working model. My friend Andrew runs the same style event for developers an hour away. 40 attendees a month, $80K attributed in 7 months. I'm stealing it word for word for a different audience. 5. Define success before event one. Three events this quarter. 30 attendees by event three. Attribution tracked from day one. At least one closed services client by September 30th. 6. Claude researched the venue too. It ranked Charlotte co-working spaces by capacity, AV, and parking. I booked the top pick on the spot. $120 for two hours. 7. The format is 90 minutes. 20 minutes of networking, one simple live AI demo, more networking, then a soft CTA offering a free 15 minute AI assessment. No pitch deck, no pressure. 8. You don't need an audience to fill it. Claude found 9 local Facebook groups for business owners, one with 38,000 members. Post value first, then invite the group owners to co-host. 9. Attribution happens at registration. The Luma form takes under 60 seconds and asks one money question: what's the number one thing you want AI to fix? That answer tells me who's hot before they walk in. 10. Claude wrote the SOP so I don't run it. My chief of staff gets a checklist from 5 weeks out to 2 days out. Events two and three should require zero input from me. Two things that make this work: 1. Don't invent, copy. Andrew's model already prints $11K a month. Adapting a proven system to an underserved audience beats a new idea every time. 2. Prompts are delegation tools. I generated this once, handed it to my chief of staff, and she runs the whole thing end to end. Build it so all you have to do is show up. The full prompt is a free download in the YouTube description. Full breakdown below. youtube.com/watch?v=QNefbf… Enjoy. (also available on the Build With AI podcast wherever you get your pods)

Jacob Bank, former Google product lead: "Let's say I had four people at $12,500 per month each. That would be $50,000 a month, and my AI bill is $500 a month." He runs 40 AI marketing agents as the only marketing person at his company. In a 15-minute talk he walks through the setup, agent by agent. One person carrying a company's output is a build now, and the build is copyable. Watch it, then read how the same skill is minting solo fortunes below.

My CEO (AI Agent) has successfully appointed an AI chief operations officer to assist with the 100s of daily tasks and projects going on at Fabrenhq.com right now Luckily because I have had all agents collaborate to build a shared knowledge base that is continually updated, implementing this AI COO has been fairly simple. The way I got this to work was to use the "AI CEO" to manage the full onboarding of the AI COO, it wrote a strong base prompt, provided .md files, strict guard rails, responsibilities and then has schedules and polling Things should get interesting from here
