@MultiQC has ~200 config options for customizing reports: renaming samples, reordering modules, dropping stats columns, tweaking plot defaults, and more.📊 But most users don't know what's possible, so we built a MultiQC Config Wizard.

🐛 Fixes for Bcftools, Cell Ranger ARC, Dragen FastQC, Haplocheck, a race producing empty plot zip exports, and env vars being stored as strings rather than their proper types. 🔧 Minimum Python is now 3.9, plus a Pyodide-compatible Polars build for in-browser use.
