I went from paying like $35 for a haircut in ATX while in college and got really really good haircuts to getting a lot of really bad haircuts that cost $100-200 all over Manhattan. Once I ended up looking like a mushroom and crying. and then via friends found this amazing small salon run by a couple. 1 cut and 1 colored and they were in the most stunning brownstone on the UES and it was $150 + tip so $180 for my cut. But he did such an amazing job and everyone constantly complimented my hair Now I pay $84 (inclusive of tip) in San Diego for a cut

Got my wife’s hair and nails done in DR for $55. Out of curiosity I ask what she paid today.. $165!! Hold up

@MultifamilyRob I won’t tell you then what I used to pay for just a haircut in Manhattan in the early 2000s 😂 but I did get endless compliments on my hair and I had to work hard to find that stylist who was amazing
