I have an entire certificate programs worth of lectures from a few years ago I can share with you, there is surprisingly a ton of good info on YouTube (webinars from state government) Also, not sure if every state does this but CA posts their underwriting model templates online & I think I remember stumbling across a few application packets with already completed models too
