I bought an investment property one year ago I get cold called multiple times a month What I can tell you: most people are awful at cold calling If you're in sales, the bar is on the absolute floor

@TripleNetTyler Totally agree. When I was a business owner I was cold called and cold emailed multiple times a day. The VAST majority were one and done. At bare minimum you have to try more than once! If you won't put in effort to earn my business, how can I count on you once you have it!
