@tallcowyt Both have mental disabilities, The text shared between them in both documentaries are vague consent. The moment experienced around "consent" was different for both sides. No solid evidence. Its a mix up of trust me for both of them till one slips.

@tallcowyt I've cross examined both docs, I try to be understanding of everyone's opinions and why they view it that way. Only countering if I have the proper materials to do so. Otherwise this entire situation is gray. No evidence other than the hickeys -

So after comparing both documents, I think I’ve come to a conclusion. And I don’t think many people will like what I have to say. Disclaimer: Everything mentioned here is alleged, this does not mean it’s true or happened, nor am I saying that. I am not a lawyer, nor am I qualified to make a decision, so please do not count on what I’m saying as facts and do your own research. What Zeal’s document is claiming is that there was some sort of active participation and positive engagement from Ren, which he interpreted as consent to having sex. They clearly had a loving relationship together with feelings for each other, and in Zeal’s eyes, he thinks he did not SA Ren because he genuinely thought she did consent. However, Ren didn’t. She was clearly influenced by distress and wasn’t a fully free or enthusiastic agreement, which was clear to Zeal as it matched his account from his document. The meaning of consent is NOT the absence of a no, it is an active and clear “yes”, which was not present according to Ren’s testimony. Zeal barely even mentions anything to do with a first sexual encounter and only talks about the kiss, this is where it gets really difficult as both of their accounts about the two sexual encounters just don’t fucking match up at all. And there’s no way to tell from that alone who’s in the right and who’s in the wrong. However, I think I’ve just figured out who might be. Zeal described that during RDC, according to him he found out Ren had told others about their encounters, without providing any sort of evidence, not even like a screenshot of anything, and he ended up cutting off with Ren. This is really strange as they clearly had a loving relationship with each other and this also matches Ren’s document where she claimed Zeal would repeatedly cut off and reconnect contact with her. This gives me a huge incentive to trust Ren over Zeal, however I still don’t know for sure. Was Zeal completely in the wrong? I have no fucking clue. The way he talks about the encounters in his document makes it seem like he clearly didn’t mean any harm and I’m just so conflicted honestly. I hope this tweet helped some others think about it at the very least

@ILoveQuestions5 @Loppyhop Have you, actually seen Ren's doc? Its ignorant to make accusations when you have no Idea on what is happening other than word of mouth. Do your own research, this wouldn't be a controversial topic if everyone really could affirm that there was no consent.

@nuh_win @McRennex14151 Yeah I totally agree, this specific image really does need to be considered as It feels out of place, He should've addressed this, But as I said countless times, this subject in itself has alot of gaps missing from both parties. I wont side with ren nor will I side with zeal.
