Here’s an observation I made as a parent, and this is a heartfelt message to other parents: please, limit your children’s screen time. For the past two to three years, I struggled deeply with my son’s attention span. Every single teacher, both his Islamic teachers and his school teachers, said the same thing: “Your son is incredibly smart. One of the smartest children in class. But he has serious attention issues.” And they were right. I tried everything. I even created a full homeschooling routine at some point. I bought educational materials, structured activities, learning aids, I genuinely went the extra mile because I knew my son was intelligent. But the mistake I kept making was that once we were done learning, he went straight back to screens.

So as referenced in response to another tweet, The Riwaayah is that of "Ibn Jammāz an Abii Ja'far Al-Madani" Ibn Jammāz read to Aboo Ja'far Al-Madani who was in his time in Madinah a mufti, teacher, and a madrasah on his own. He thought Nāafi, who relayed the popular riwaayahs, Qalūun and Warsh, He read to Abdullah ibn Abass, he also served as a ward to Abdullah ibn Ayyaash who he read to, and Abdullah ibn Ayyash read to Ubayy ibn Ka'ab who read to the Prophet PBUH. Of the things peculiar to the recitation of Aboo Ja'far, is that he pauses slightly without breaking his breath on the letters in the beginning of chapters with lettered beginnings as in this case "كهيعص" He reads "ك" "ه" "ي" "ع" "ص". Another difference is the pronunciation of tanween and nuun-as saakinah before خ، غ، when reading, the known ruling is to read these letters with idḥaar but as is evident in the video attached, it's read with ikhfāa, this is peculiar to his recitation alone. Another difference is the addition of ء in the word/name زكريا، as is read in Hafs for example without an Hamzah, Aboo Ja'far reads "زكرياء", however this is not peculiar to Aboo Ja'far, other Qurraa have this as well, an example would be Nāfi, Ibn Āamir, Aboo Amr to mention a few. Hello @CDcareNG, you supplied a bad Canon Ts705a Photo - Cd- Id Card printer to me on Tuesday 18th November 2025 at night and the printer wasn't working. I logged complaints immediately after installation on Thursday 20th 2025 that the supplied printer was printing blanks.
