If these illegals had children, their kids would receive benefits as well. She claims that illegal immigrant parents would receive $1,200 per child, plus $275 per person in cash assistance and food stamps, not mentioning free housing or other benefits. She also says that some people applying for benefits would show up with their hair and nails done, carrying expensive accessories and driving luxury cars. Meanwhile, American citizens often would not qualify for the same benefits. She added that this exists especially in liberal-led states like California, where leadership does not put regulations in place and allows this kind of fraud and abuse, while hard-working citizens are left to pay the bill. Your opinion has no bearing. The professional way to handle the situation would have been to go to an actual shooting range and not fire weapons during the day near an occupied school. The professional way would have been when the Resource Office brought this to Kyle's attention, to acknowledge he was scaring children and teachers that did not know what was going on other than hearing gunfire near their school. The professional thing to do would have been to not lead with the badge and credentials hoping for "law enforcement courtesy" and just give him your license. This was a pattern of behavior by Kyle that was counter to the core values of being an FBI Agent. All of that coupled with convincing a coworker to leak restricted case information to him so he could leak it to media is what lead to the end of his very short career in the FBI. And on the topic of "being a whistleblower." The Whistleblower Statute doesn't say, "Follow the law and work through your supervisory chain and/or congress, then leak to media." It is very specific. Maybe read it sometime. Kyle is not now nor has ever been a Whistleblower as defined in the U.S. Code.
