We kicked off our 250th anniversary of American independence celebrations with several events today. Thanks to all who participated including Northwood students AJ (Tecumseh, MI.) and Lorenzo (Macomb, MI.) who joined us at our Freedom Lights the Future concert this evening.

… and then a contingent from the New Hampshire militia loaded up their muskets and started shooting redcoats. Unlike the Blame America First haters at most colleges and universities, @NorthwoodU promotes the freedoms, obligations & opportunities of this land founded on liberty.
