Some may take it if it’s proper full payment but these medical directors will insist on locum medical doctors , meaning poorer pay .

In my years of Practice as a Doctor in Nigeria, i have noticed that people really don't give a smoke about you or your wellbeing. They just want what they want from you. Whether you are dying or not is not their concern. If you are going to die, just get us an alternative before you drop.

People will resign or finish their training and they will intentionally refuse to replace that number, leaving those available to be working like slaves . Private hospitals = no comment walahi.
