Again, I love MBJ and think he’s a very talented actor but a best acting performance comes down to technicality and intention. The outstanding ensemble cast of Sinners elevated MBJ. Timothée elevated everyone around him in Marty Supreme. He didn’t miss a beat during the 150 mins.

@mrcalexanderw I stated first that I tried to be objective and, as a person who likes cinema, I can say the TC performance was better than than MBJ one. I like MBJ, I think he’s a great actor. I’m just comparing the performances.

just saw Sinners …I’m trying to be the more objective as possible. Timothée Chalamet’s performance in Marty Supreme deserved that Oscar and it was clearly superior to MBJ one. OBJECTIVELY.

@Promythious Honestly, it’s becoming clearer by the day Timmy in Marty Supreme is leagues ahead of MBJ in Sinners. Not pretty, but that’s the reality

so apparently Alfonso Cuarón might be involved in directing ‘PLAYGROUND’ produced by Timothée Chalamet. yeah
