@dztroyed The way I see it, was never going to be as good as the series. A lot of post series films go too well. El Camino was so mediocre but we as BB fans loved seeing more Jessie for closure. The immortal man was a lot better than El Camino, but still enjoyed it all.

The Immortal Man is a mediocre film with some good moments. I think the biggest mistake was trying to turn Peaky Blinders into a blockbuster, making it more appealing and commercial. This affected many aspects of the production, from narrative structure to pacing. (1/5)

Neymar played for a Barca attacking superteam and then scored a pathetic 2 CL KO goals in 6 years after joining PSG Rooney never had the luxury of playing in an attacking superteam and still has more CL KO goals. After you apply context Rooney has the better CL career

Point is, put yourself in Newcastle’s shoes for a second of course we’re defending our clubs! Imagine the battle of watching your manager and your favorite clubs staff to work like dogs and identify, recruit, and develop elite talent. while battling the most brazen antitrust garbage in PSR and also listen to fans of big 6 clubs, who do often come off as incredibly arrogant, talk about walking off with players. I wouldn’t say “Never will change” when talking about prominence or spending power because it’s happened repeatedly. Liverpool did it, City did it, and Newcastle can absolutely do it, but it won’t happen nearly as fast. It’ll take what seems like eons because of FFP but from a relegation battle to UCL in 2 of 3 years in the last five years total? That’s absurd growth.

You finished 15th last season and have the laughing stock transfer track record of the prem in recent memory. You have the same domestic success as Newcastle. I love hearing that one “Club Size”. A calling card for, our stadium is like a cricket ground but we won more 30 years ago, and more people watch us in overseas markets that mean nothing. Like seriously lol what does that actually mean?
